The NPDA holds business meetings twice annually, once in the Fall and once in the Spring. The Fall NPDA Business Meeting is held in conjunction with the Annual Conference of the National Communication Association (every November the weekend prior to Thanksgiving). The Spring Business Meeting is held in conjunction with the National Championship Tournament (every March). All schools who have paid their annual membership dues are entitled to a vote on any business items discussed at these meetings.
